Chess for Kids Activity Book

 CHESS FOR KIDS presents the fundamentals of chess in a simple, accessible format for 7-12 year olds.  The image-based lessons allow the child to ‘learn by doing’ in chess puzzle worksheets.  Each page has a quick lesson at the top, and then is asked to draw-the-next-move according to the lesson.  Chess can be overwhelmingly complicated for young players, but this step-by-step approach presents a fun and easy way for a child to learn the rules, tactics and strategy of the game independently.  The book starts with all the move and capture rules for every piece, so complete beginners can use it.
